Katrina Kaif, a fitness icon, and actress who inspired many people at the age of 36, says that she attaches great importance to fitness. She also plans her workouts on her own.

Kaif told IANS Life, “I give a lot of importance to fitness and do workouts for at least 1-3 hours seven days a week. I like to challenge myself, that’s why I use my workout plan I make myself, this includes squats, push ups. ”

The actress continued, “I also do Pilates and Yoga. For a long time, I am doing cardio, weight training as well as functional training. I do a lot of trendy workouts, including TRX, Bosu Ball, Kettlebells and Powerplates. ”

On being asked how she balances her diet in terms of fitness, the actress said, “As a rule, I always avoid foods that contain gluten, refined as well as milk products.” During the morning, I drink four glasses of hot water. I eat boiled vegetables and fruits every two hours. ”

He continued, “Sirels for breakfast, oatmeal, grilled fish for lunch, legumes, green salad. Bread with peanut butter for the evening breakfast and soup, fish, salad for dinner. I myself I like to stay hydrated all the time. “
