Sushant Singh Rajput‘s sister Priyanka Singh left fans emotional as she shared the news of his dog passing away. She took to Twitter on Tuesday to share the news, writing an emotional message and posting photos of herself and the actor with their dog.

“So long Fudge! You joined your friend’s Heavenly territory… will follow soon! Till then… so heart broken.” she wrote on Twitter.

As soon as her post was up, fans got emotional and shared their condolence through tweets and some even shared pictures of Sushant and Fudge.

One user wrote, “Di…Plz stay strong… don’t understand what I will say…very heart broken news is this…I can’t take…but one more joyous news is that he went to live happily with his friend forever. Om Shanti.”

“I am so sorry that Fudge is no more. But he is with his friend Sushant in heaven and playing joyfully with him. It must be difficult to lose another link to your brother. But be strong Priyanka and walk strong and in right path. May God be with you and guide you,” wrote another.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020. While several speculative reports suggested it was a murder, the Mumbai Police investigated and treated it as a suicide. Recently there was an update on the case when an employee of a civic-run hospital in Mumbai who had performed the actor’s postmortem in June 2020 claimed the actor didn’t die by suicide and his body had marks of fracture.

As per India Tv, Roopkumar Shah, who retired from service last month from Cooper Hospital said, “When I saw Rajput’s body, there were marks of fracture and some marks around his neck due to some pressure. The marks of strangulation and hanging are different as I had been performing autopsies for nearly 28 years. I tried to intimate my superior when I noticed the different markings on Rajput’s body but he ignored me,”

It is now going to be three years to the Kedarnath actor’s death and January 21, 2023, will mark his birth anniversary.
