Lord Parashurama was a brahmin with Kshatriya like qualities. He used to take any action in the anger. Due to his anger, once he had made earth devoid of Kshatriya for twenty-one times.

Akshaya Tritiya is said to be the main festival of Sanatan Dharmis. On this day, the results of all the deeds such as bathing, donation, etc. come back to you. The fast is known as Akshay. Parashuram Jayanti is celebrated on Tritiya tithi of Vaishakh Shukla Paksha. Tritiya tithi starts from 11:00 AM on April 25 to 11:00 AM on April 26, 2020. It is believed that Lord Parshuram was born on Tritiya tithi of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month from the womb of wife Renuka.
